Are you stuck in getting traffic to your blog? Find out how to gain the web traffic you need!

Note: Some links in this post contain affiliate links, which means I may receive a commission if you make a purchase. That’s actually one of the ways you make money blogging! Thanks for supporting my blogging dreams! 🙂

Ever wonder how some bloggers make $5K,$10K–$15K per month? There’s actually a variety of ways that bloggers make money, but it all starts with the bloggers having a way to capture their visitors and turn them into a consistent audience.Sometimes it can get exhausting, and I can recommend you to take kratom capsules, they can help you whenever you feel bumped down. You can visit KratomMastersfor more details on how kratom can help you and do wonders with your health.

How Do I Turn Visitors Into An Audience?

What exactly does this mean? It means that you need a clear and cohesive way for visitors to opt-in to your newsletter or email list. You must have an opt-in in several places on your website, and give them a chance to opt-in at the end of each blog post. Basically, make it extremely easy for them to opt-in.

Offer them something they can’t resist, like right now I’m telling you about kratom and how my life has changed since then. At the beginning of your blogging journey, this may be difficult since you don’t know your audience because you don’t have one. You’ll have to do your research to figure out what would be something your audience would like. Go to blogs with a similar audience you hope to have one day and see what type of free gifts they give away.

Also, join Facebook groups and see the types of offers people love and talking about offers, you can get kratom delivered directly to your house for a special price.I’m a part of quite a few blogging Facebook groups, and bloggers will often offer their opt-ins right in the group. The ones that people get excited about are the ones with over 100 comments from people wanting whatever they’re offering. Things like this should give you a good idea on what to offer.

You can create a free gift using Microsoft Word, Google Docs, PowerPoint, etc. I created my free 7 Days To Creating An Ebook using Google Docs. Since it’s already online, when people opt-in to my list, I use Aweber to automatically send them an email with the url link in the email so that they can access the ebook immediately.

How Do I Get Visitors To My Blog?

After you get your opt-in set up on your blog in 3 or more places (and at the end of every post), now it’s time to promote your blog. When you are trying to grow your web traffic, you can’t play around–either you’re going hard in promoting your blog or you’re not.

This means NETWORKING heavily on social media. Notice I didn’t say promoting heavily. You don’t want to be annoying, but you do want to build real relationships with people and tell people every chance you get about what you do, for example with kratom pills, like I said before.

Here are some really great ways to grow your web traffic:

  • Market on Pinterest- Create Pinnable images on your blog (best size is 736 pixels wide and 1102 pixels tall) and join a few Pinterest Boards that already have a reliable following. Pin your posts to their boards and your boards.
  • Market on Twitter- Use a Twitter manager like unfollowers and follow the followers of people who are in your niche. Then set up an automated DM with a link to your landing page, opt-in, or just your blog in general.
  • Market on Facebook – Join a few interesting Facebook groups and start chatting with people. If you’re consistent with posting in these groups everyday then people will begin to know you and trust you. Then run a challenge (much like my 30 day blogging challenge) and get people to opt-in to your list. You can also create your own Facebook group and get people to join it.
  • Market on Instagram – I’m not a pro on Instagram but I’ve seen other bloggers with 20K,30K,50K followers or more! That has to be a large source of web traffic for them. I’ve heard that a great growth strategy forInstagram was to follow people who are following other people in your niche–much like Twitter. Also, beautiful images on Instagram are extremely important!

Collaborate With Other Bloggers

Reach out to other bloggers that you maybe talk to online on social media sites or that you’ve met in real life and try to collaborate on projects. Bloggers are always doing some type of virtual event like link-ups, guest blogging, and challenges. This is in my opinion the fastest way to get web traffic to your blog because you’re leveraging the audience  of other bloggers.

Great! I love this! I have a few questions:
1.) I have WordPress.com. Am I able to create an opt-in for my blog? If so, how do I learn how to do it? And…
2.) How do I set up an automated DM? Thanks sooo much for sharing!

    1) Yes! I would suggest downloading the SumoMe plugin: just go to your WP dashboard>plugins>add new, search for SumoMe, install and then follow instructions to set it up on your site (SumoMe is what I use for the optins on this site). You can totally use the free version, that’s what I use and it works great. You just create an account, go to the Sumo Store and download the apps; List Builder, Smart Bar, Scroll Box. Then you can connect your email autoresponder to the plugin so that way whenever someone opts in, their email will be sent directly to your email list. I use Aweber and I have it set to when someone subscribes to my list, a broadcast email is automatically sent to them with my free gift. You can integrate your email list with SumoMe by going to one of your SumoMe apps like Scroll Box, clicking on services, and then selecting the appropriate email responder.

    2) Sign up with unfollowers.com and upgrade to a premium account ($10), then set an automated DM for followers to drive people to whatever landing page you want. You can also set up an automated tweet in this way. I’ve gotten almost 50 people to sign up for my email list from doing this on Twitter.

Thanks for this post, it’s been really helpful! I’ve been having a hard time getting subscribers…maybe because I don’t have the option in more than one place. In my own experience, I’ve found that I don’t want to subscribe to things because I already can’t keep up with my inbox, do you find that happening to a lot of your subscribers?

Hey! Thanks for commenting! I’m the same way, I can’t keep up with everything but I subscribe to a million blogs anyway. As far as not getting subscribers who have too many subscriptions I’m not sure if I have that problem because I’ve never asked. There are some people who don’t sign up to anyone’s blog and then there are people like me that sign up for everyone’s blog! If you want to grow your list I definitely suggest making it easy for people to opt in by having the opt in in several places and make them an offer they can’t refuse by giving away a free gift.

Great post here. I think that one way to get a returning person to your site is to be consistent and deliver valuable content on a regular basis. People will always come back if they know you are going to share something that they find valuable. Keep up the good work here and live unstoppable!
